Salty Towers fish tales

Nearing the end of August and Sooke fishing is nothing short of spectacular. With salmon hitting the dock by the ton, Salty Towers either has the luckiest dock in Sooke or some pretty able anglers (we prefer to think it's skill!)

Sidetrack Charters continues to bring home boat loads of Springs. Over the last few days, Ron netted three in the thirties.

One boat over, Bert and Ray hauled in a 44 pound TYEE.

Laurie has a beauty Chinook to put next to yesterday's big Coho.

It is no wonder Sooke is considered one of the best places to fish for salmon on Vancouver Island.
