Matt & Sylvie finally got their first halibut and they did it together. This 34 pounder finally came in but on two rods...thats some hungry Hali. Thanks to Paul and Salty Charters the couple from the main land had some great fish to take home.

Found a couple of good salmon today...one even reached almost 15 lbs...not too bad.

Winter Spring fishing has still been strong with a few in the 15-17 lbs range coming in. Some days are slower than others but fishing right out front of Sooke is great!

Halibut season is opening March 23, 2013 ...so book early to get the best tides and we'll go hook some monsters!
